About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our Energy Infrastructure Team at Delta Electronics. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in growing our business in Europe by providing technical support and expertise to our sales and product marketing teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to sales and product marketing teams in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support the proposal preparation process by developing comprehensive solutions
  • Prepare proposals and advise on technical solutions for Energy Storage Systems and Power Conditioning Systems
  • Collaborate with the product management and development team to manage technical customer requirements from specification to acceptance
  • Identify new market opportunities and stay up-to-date with local grid codes, legislation, and standards
  • Provide on-site technical support for complex challenges at customer sites
  • Support relationship management and service delivery to business customers in Europe
  • Develop and deliver training programs for planning, installation, and service
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Delta Electronics' product lines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in Energy Storage Systems or Power Conditioning Systems
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) and Chinese (an advantage)
  • Excellent technical knowledge of system integration and Energy Storage Systems
  • Installation experience or certification for working in 1000VAC and 1500VDC (an advantage)
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into product specifications
  • Self-management and ability to work independently as part of an international team
  • Customer focus, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Valid driving license
