We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team at KFS Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing meeting packs and new business processing
- Working closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners to ensure seamless administration
- Managing various provider platforms and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
- Liaising with providers and handling client inquiries
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of administration tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IFA administration, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using various provider platforms and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £25,000-£28,000
- Quarterly bonus, up to £2000 per annum
- Parking on site and a company pension scheme
- 20 days holiday, rising to 25 + extra leave at Christmas
- Full support for professional qualifications (Level 4 Diploma in financial planning)
