About the Role

As a Site Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our facilities and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the Support Services Manager, your responsibilities will encompass overseeing Pavilion Attendants, maintaining high standards across cleaning, health & safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision and guidance to Pavilion Attendants, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols, health & safety regulations, and customer service standards.
  • Assist in the creation and management of staff rotas, ensuring adequate coverage for all operational needs, particularly during peak periods such as weekends and evenings.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer requests and concerns, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with proven experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards across all aspects of facility management.
