Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Premises Officer to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, cleanliness, and maintenance of our premises, as well as providing a safe and welcoming environment for staff, service users, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the security of premises, including holding and securing premises keys, and following effective locking up and opening procedures.
  • Perform portering duties, general maintenance, and minor repairs at all locations, monitoring and reporting premises-related jobs and equipment faults as required.
  • Action daily centre-related tasks and those set out on the premises team task system, including responding to room setups, room resource requests, water flushing, and alarm testing.
  • Collect and distribute incoming mail, parcels, and other deliveries, ensuring that all mail and deliveries are held securely and in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to visitors, centre users, colleagues, and other staff, in line with the Premises and Facilities service offer.
Essential Experience and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of heating and ventilation systems, basic DIY procedures, and security procedures with respect to buildings.
  • Experience of carrying out minor repairs, effectively working with staff and members of the public, and ensuring building security and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain one, and a current, valid full UK driving licence.
Additional Information
