Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Customer Services team in a full-time capacity. This role is designed for someone who can commit to being present in our office for at least three days each week.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Care Homes to communicate the advantages of sharing their information.
  • Meticulously document the gathered data in our systems, ensuring clarity and precision in notes for team collaboration.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression of our organization.

Candidate Profile:

  • Possess strong persuasive skills and a positive demeanor; understanding that Care Homes operate in busy environments and valuing their time is crucial.
  • Exhibit empathy and determination; being able to listen and address any hesitations from Care Homes regarding information sharing.
  • This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in sales, providing a clear pathway to future sales roles.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary around £24,000, commensurate with experience.
