Pro-Tax is seeking an experienced Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join our rapidly growing team in London. As a trusted advisor, you will play a significant role in supporting our Partners with the management of their client portfolio and growing our Private advisory business.

  1. Develop and execute tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals, families, and entrepreneurs.
  2. Act as a client relationship point of contact for significant Private Equity and other related clients, providing expert tax advice and guidance.
  3. Collaborate with the wider Private Equity sector group and our mutual professional contacts to win new clients and grow our business.
  4. Advise on complex tax issues, including private equity, non-doms, and offshore trusts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  5. Ensure the firm's quality control procedures are adhered to, maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
  6. Commercially manage client relationships, setting budgets, monitoring workflows, and contributing to a profitable business.
  7. Identify and mitigate risk, as well as opportunities, to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  8. Develop and execute account development strategies for own client portfolio, driving revenue growth and client retention.
  9. Contribute to the tax group's sales and marketing activities, developing new work wins in the Private Equity market.
  10. Oversee resource planning and allocation for client portfolios, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  11. Liaise with Tax Authorities and other service lines to deliver exceptional client service.
We're looking for someone with:
  1. Expert knowledge of Private Client taxation, with a proven track record of delivering complex tax solutions.
  2. Able to deal with complex tax issues, maintaining a high level of technical expertise.
