We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to patients with mental health needs, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, with experience of working in a fast-paced inpatient environment. You will be able to demonstrate a good level of general education, including literacy and numeracy, and be willing to undertake training as required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to patients with mental health needs, according to their individual needs and preferences.
- Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of care plans, working collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and therapeutic environment, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has a good level of written communication skills.
- Has experience of working within mental health services or care settings.
