Job Summary:
Pioneer Selection is seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our team in a rewarding opportunity. As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our plant and machinery, ensuring top-quality standards and adherence to Health and Safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and Maintain Machinery: Ensure all plant and machinery meet expected standards and are properly maintained to optimize production.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Press Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of plant and machinery operation, quality control, and Health and Safety procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
