About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor at a Secondary School in Derby. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the school's teaching staff and providing cover for absent teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support across a range of secondary subjects, providing cover for absent teachers.
  • Keep students on task and ensure they complete the work left by the subject teacher.
  • Develop strong relationships with students and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
