Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone's Watson Place development in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.
As a Care Assistant, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later life to the fullest. Your duties will include delivering housekeeping and domestic support, supporting residents with daily activities, and promoting their health and wellbeing.
You will be a warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people. You will have a minimum of 1 year of UK Health and Social care experience and a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification.
What We Offer- A competitive hourly rate of £12.34 - £13.64, with an additional £1.30 for evening and weekend hours
