Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a diverse range of cases with confidence, serving as a primary contact for clients while demonstrating your expertise and achieving outstanding outcomes.
- Ensure full adherence to DAC Beachcroft's protocols regarding billing and credit management, showcasing a high level of financial stewardship for your assigned files.
- Proactively identify and leverage business development opportunities and marketing efforts for team clients and your own network.
- Strive to meet a minimum annual target of 1440 billable hours.
- Engage in and initiate marketing and networking activities to cultivate and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Contribute to and assist in client seminars and external presentations, participating in pitches and positively influencing business development.
- Enhance and maintain your technical knowledge by leading and attending training sessions, reading relevant publications, and exceeding the Law Society's CPD requirements.
- Manage confidential information in accordance with the firm's data security protocols.

- Newly qualified solicitor, preferably with experience in construction and insurance law.
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills, with the ability to handle daily challenges confidently and professionally.
- Demonstrated self-sufficiency, balancing confidence with an understanding of your own competencies and authority.
- Open to change, with a positive and flexible approach to implementing new initiatives.
