Personal Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to support an individual with Autism, Learning Disability, and Speech and Language Delay in Melton Mowbray.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life, providing emotional fulfillment, personal growth, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the client in becoming more independent, building life skills, and accessing the community.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, showering, and using public transport.
- Encourage the client to try new activities, such as theme parks, bowling, and golf.
- Provide one-to-one support to help the client manage anxiety and build confidence.
- Develop a strong relationship with the client, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Ability to speak clearly and slowly, making sure the client understands what is being said.
- Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism, Learning Disability, and Speech and Language Delay.
