Job Description:

Bayman Atkinson and Smythe is seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our collaborative commercial finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in adding value through the production of consistent and quality monthly management reporting and short and long-term forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce medium and long-term budgeting and forecasting for the business and upload to our financial system.
  • Prepare commercial analysis, including monthly sales reporting, price variances, and cost changes.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the main point of contact for finance queries.
  • Perform year-end reconciliations work.
Requirements:
  • A qualified finance professional or a finalist looking to qualify within 12 months.
  • At least 2 years of management accounts experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Good commercial acumen.
