We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tunnel Engineer to join our team at SCS Railways. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tunneling projects while ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and the public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of tunneling projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tunneling engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
