About the Role

**Head of Product**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Product to lead the development and delivery of our new Wealth Platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing feature updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver the Wealth Platform.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Foster a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that customer needs are embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Director of Product and Chief Product Officer, to ensure alignment and buy-in on product decisions.
  • Project Management: Manage projects to deliver the Wealth Platform, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Communication: Communicate the product vision and roadmap to the wider organization, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in leading complex product development projects, with a strong track record of delivering successful product launches.
  • Skills: Strong product management skills, with experience in product methodology and product ownership. Ability to create and deliver product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the UK financial services industry, preferably in the wealth platform sector.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate product approach and benefits to the wider organization.
