Opportunity Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Financial Accounts Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic team at a leading multi-national organization. This position offers a competitive salary based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Accounts Coordinator, your primary duties will include:
- Assisting in the management and upkeep of the Purchase Ledger within the finance department.
- Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Overseeing a segment of credit control and executing credit assessments.
- Calculating stock unit costs to support inventory management.
- Processing payments and preparing weekly payment runs for approval by the finance manager.
- Providing support to the finance manager with various tasks as needed.
- Carrying out additional duties as required.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong proficiency in MS Excel - Essential.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team - Essential.
- Progress towards an AAT qualification - Preferred.
- Experience with SAP software - Preferred.
