Sweet Analytics is on the lookout for a creative and results-oriented Paid Social Executive to enhance our vibrant team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to implement effective performance marketing initiatives across various platforms, including META and TikTok. This position calls for a strategic mind with practical experience in digital marketing, strong analytical capabilities, and the proficiency to manage campaigns across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to execute the performance marketing strategy across diverse regions.
  • Design and implement retargeting and prospecting paid social advertisements on Meta and TikTok to optimize return on ad spend (ROAS) and enhance customer acquisition.
  • Continuously refine bid strategies, ad placements, and formats to target the appropriate demographics effectively.
  • Oversee and promote TikTok shop initiatives in selected regions.
  • Partner with the eCommerce team to enhance user experience and boost conversion rates.
  • Conduct daily performance evaluations and report findings to the Head of Growth Marketing and Product Marketing Manager, focusing on overall performance and trends.
  • Work with the team to drive creative development and optimization for paid social campaigns, ensuring adherence to channel best practices.
  • Monitor tracking feeds, UTM parameters, pixels, and CAPI integrations to maintain accurate reporting and audience development across regions.
  • Analyze paid social channel performance by region and prepare insights for weekly trade reports.
  • Manage the paid social testing roadmap to enhance sales and ROAS.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position with a strong interest in beauty and lifestyle trends. Experience in cosmetics is beneficial but not essential.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate reports and extract valuable insights. Commercially aware, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Confident in decision-making and capable of garnering support for those decisions.
  • Self-driven with a robust work ethic and excellent team collaboration skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital landscape and current trends.
  • Strong communicator, adept at working across various departments.
