About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing our email channel and assisting in other areas of the marketing department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage with our target audience
  • Work closely with the Creative Team to design and develop email campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop design briefs and implement marketing strategies
  • Build and monitor automations within our Email Service Provider (ESP)
  • Build segments within the ESP to target specific audiences
  • Write and edit copy for email campaigns
  • Action email A/B tests set by the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Keep email reports up to date and create seasonal reports for stakeholders
  • Monitor competitor activity
  • Support the wider marketing department with tasks such as SEO, Affiliates, and Refer a Friend

Requirements

  • Previous experience in email marketing
  • Experience using an ESP (Emarsys preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Ambitious for what the team can achieve together
  • Inspired by working for an ambitious, values-driven brand
  • Proactive, resourceful, curious, and love thinking outside the box
