Are you a dedicated and meticulous individual with a strong interest in property upkeep and management? This role involves ensuring a premier residential environment is maintained to the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and comfort. In addition to performing cleaning tasks, you will engage with residents, making excellent communication skills essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting cleaning operations throughout all areas of the property, including entrances and storage facilities.
  • Participating in daily meetings with management to discuss any concerns or updates.
  • Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, including access control systems.
  • Executing thorough cleaning assignments to keep the property free of litter.
  • Utilizing various cleaning equipment, including pressure washers.
  • Overseeing contractors to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Performing minor repairs, painting, and decorating as required.
  • Responding promptly to emergencies such as leaks, fires, and gas issues.
  • Maintaining accurate logs, including utility meter readings.

We seek an enthusiastic and approachable individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and is willing to assist wherever necessary. Basic administrative and computer skills are also required to maintain accurate records.

Working Hours: 21 to 28 hours per week
