We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar & Waiting Team Member to join our team at The Milk Churn, a popular pub in Melksham. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and friendly individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. As a Bar & Waiting Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to a high standard
  • Managing cash and card transactions accurately
  • Working effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
Requirements
  • Aged 18+ as you will be required to serve alcohol unsupervised
  • Well-presented and a confident communicator with an eye for detail
  • Committed to achieving success as part of a team
  • Determined to provide the best possible experience for our guests

Previous experience and knowledge of bar & waiting in hospitality operations with a busy food profile is an advantage. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
