Job Description

Senior Consultant - Management Consultancy

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Management Consultancy team at Gregory-Martin International. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients, driving business growth, and developing our digital enablement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients as a lead business analyst, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead technical architecture, solution design, and implementation management to deliver complex projects.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of our digital enablement and data analysis capabilities, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and manage client relationships, building trusted-advisor relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Build and manage relationships with digital suppliers and associates, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Experience in eliciting requirements and defining business processes in complex environments.
  • Interest and knowledge of current software development approaches, platforms, and best practices.
  • Experience with Microsoft365, SharePoint, PowerBI, Dataverse, and PowerApps solutions.
  • Understanding of data science, data analysis, and visualization tools and best practices.
  • Advanced Excel and VBA skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive and flexible approach to work.
  • The ability to engage and enthuse personnel, providing effective support and challenge across all areas and levels within client organizations.
  • A preference for building and working within teams.
  • Qualifications - Degree, MBA, or equivalent experience, Project Management qualification (e.g., APMP) would be useful.
  • Recent UK Defence Security Clearance (SC) would be beneficial but is not essential.
