Position Overview:
This is a remarkable opportunity for a Senior Project Coordinator to engage with a Global Organization on a temporary basis. The role is structured as a rolling contract and has the potential for an extended duration.


Role Responsibilities:
The primary function will be to oversee the project team in the establishment of three sites across various countries, replicating a successful model from a previous location.

This position is not focused on construction management; rather, it emphasizes project leadership to ensure that all elements of site development progress on schedule, within financial parameters, and with optimal efficiency, while integrating contributions from various departments.

Proficiency in French is advantageous, though not mandatory. Essential is the ability to maintain comprehensive oversight of all project components and provide regular updates to senior management regarding progress and developments.

The role necessitates travel to various locations.

Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Science
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in project management
  • Experience reporting directly to senior leadership
  • Involvement in long-term, complex projects for a minimum of 2 to 3 years
  • Experience within a large, multi-site organization
  • Proven ability to manage, motivate, and support team members
  • Expertise in budget management and ensuring successful project completion
  • Experience with projects related to infrastructure, organizational change, personnel relocation, and compliance with regulations

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the program while ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

Key Duties Include:
- Tracking, scheduling, monitoring, and adjusting project components in consultation with stakeholders
- Coordinating between various program workstreams, including logistics, finance, and operational adaptations
- Supporting workstream leaders and establishing performance metrics
- Monitoring financials and budgets through stakeholder engagement
- Ensuring timely delivery of the program while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness
- Supervising third-party contractors and suppliers
- Ensuring readiness of supply chain and support services for program milestones
- Establishing best practices for the program lifecycle
- Reporting to program governors and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements
- Managing project risks and identifying opportunities for improvement

In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, service centers, finance, human resources, and sales teams. Externally, you will cultivate relationships with relevant authorities and suppliers.
