Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the Depaul education programme in your region, ensuring effective delivery and high-quality resources.
  • Design and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions for children and young people, aged 11-18, in various education and youth settings.
  • Collaborate with the national team to review and update programme content, ensuring it remains relevant and effective.
  • Build strong partnerships with educational institutions, marketing the programme and generating income to meet identified targets.
  • Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote the programme and develop clear referral routes for young people.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme activities, ensuring timely and accurate recording and database updates.
About You:

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with children and young people, and deliver engaging presentations and workshops. You should have experience in designing and developing educational resources, and a strong understanding of the issues affecting young people in the UK.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the programme is tailored to the specific needs and context of the area you are working in. You will also be expected to keep up-to-date with current issues affecting young people and ensure the programme remains relevant and effective.
