Your Role
As a key member of our supply chain team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and secure deliveries. Your expertise as an LGV Driver will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Your Responsibilities
- Operate Large Goods Vehicles with a primary focus on safety, ensuring goods are transported securely and efficiently to designated locations.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and conduct routine vehicle inspections to promptly report any defects.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and colleagues, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Ensure high standards of service, representing Kuehne+Nagel positively.
- Safely and securely load, unload, and transport goods.
- Complete accurate documentation related to deliveries, including logbooks and other required paperwork.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Customer delivery experience
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance
- Effective communication skills
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
- Essential to hold a valid Category B, C+E driving license
- Preferable to hold a valid ADR training certificate (Categories 1-9, excluding 7, but with 7x accepted packages)
- In-date driver's certificate of professional competence
