Key Responsibilities:

• **Collection Order Management:** Ensure all collections are accurate and follow the customer's ordering system.
• **Customer Communication:** Clearly communicate with customers by providing accurate updates and support to resolve any issues.
• **Discrepancy Investigation:** Investigate any discrepancies and identify their root cause to prevent future occurrences.
• **Dispatch Paperwork:** Create paperwork for each collection and ensure that all parts loaded match the demand.
• **Packaging Tracking:** Track returnable packaging to ensure sufficient stillages and bags, and monitor any damages or losses.
