Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Corin Group, covering the South Coast and Southwest of the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth with medical implants, instruments, and associated technologies to orthopaedic surgeons within the NHS or private medical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Corin products and technologies.
- Provide training and support to the sales team, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of Corin technologies Apollo and OPS.
- Engage with orthopaedic key opinion leaders (KOL) on the territory, building strong relationships to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with procurement/supply chain teams to negotiate tenders and contracts.
- Deliver high-level orthopaedic surgeon engagement, taking them on the technology journey to patient success.
Requirements
- Proven track record in driving sales growth with medical implants, instruments, and associated technologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of the UK ortho market and Corin technologies Apollo and OPS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to travel extensively, covering the South Coast and Southwest of the UK.
