About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction team at Kier Group. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of projects across various sectors, including education, commercial, healthcare, leisure, and public sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exposure to the full project lifecycle, with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery.
  • Working alongside the project delivery team to ensure contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors.
  • Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement, and being involved in the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome.
Requirements
  • HNC or above in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline.
  • Previous experience of managing a team.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
