Job Title: Registered Service Manager

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Middlesbrough. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of life for the individuals we support.

About the Role:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans.
  • Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions/appraisals.
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team to deliver positive outcomes and promote independence for the individuals we support.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
