Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Operative to join our team at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our patients and staff.

Main Responsibilities

As a Housekeeping Operative, you will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the hospital, including clinical, residential, office, corridor, and entrance areas.
  • Delivering exceptional cleaning services to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
  • Working collaboratively with the Housekeeping Management team to achieve the Trust's objectives.
  • Providing excellent customer service and interacting with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Working under pressure and maintaining a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
