Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Entertainment Development Manager

Carnival UK is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Entertainment Development Manager to join our Cunard team. As a key member of our Brand and Product Development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the entertainment experience for our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of four individuals to develop innovative and engaging entertainment products that exceed guest expectations.
  • Develop and implement long-term development strategies and associated investment plans to strengthen brand perceptions and drive guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee the strategic development of the entertainment product and event voyage portfolio, ensuring effective performance measurement and cost management.
Requirements:
  • A creative and innovative leader with experience in conceptualizing, designing, and developing a wide range of entertainment products and formats.
  • An intimate understanding of the leisure and entertainment sector, with experience working in cruise, hotels, resorts, theme parks, or theatre.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen and a commercial approach when managing costs and driving revenue through well-designed product offerings.
