Role Responsibilities:

As a Team Manager within our Adult Social Care division, you will play a pivotal role in steering the operational management and development of our care services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the operational functions of the care team.
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers and community services to implement our strategic objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with performance metrics and regulatory standards.
  • Managing budgets associated with health and social care services.
  • Supervising and mentoring team members to foster professional growth.
  • Representing the organization in various interdepartmental and external forums.

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the service delivery model, ensuring that it aligns with our commitment to providing choice and independence to our clients.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Community Nursing.
  • A minimum of three years' post-qualification experience, including supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.
  • Experience in managing change and improving service delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
