About the Role:

This part-time opportunity is ideal for an organized and self-motivated individual who can work from home and manage their own duties and responsibilities. As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing new business: Handling new client onboarding, including data entry and document management.
  • Servicing existing clients: Providing administrative support to existing clients, including responding to queries and resolving issues.
  • Research and compliance: Conducting research to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records.
  • Database management: Maintaining and updating our back-office database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Liaison with Providers: Communicating with providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Planning environment.
  • Administrative skills: Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and providers.
