Job Title: Activities Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Activities Assistant to join our team at Cygnet Health Care. As an Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent care to our patients by developing, planning, and implementing activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the planning, coordination, and delivery of personalized therapeutic activity programs within established protocols.
  • Create and update activity risk assessments in relation to timetables.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
