Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and Mentor: Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Participate in the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies to maintain a safe and effective care environment.
- Conduct Assessments and Develop Treatment Plans: Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with External Healthcare Professionals: Collaborate with external healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Qualification: Possess a valid UK NMC Pin and a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
- Proven Experience: Have proven experience in mental health nursing, with a focus on clinical leadership.
- Strong Understanding: Have a strong understanding of mental health conditions and treatment modalities.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and support the clinical team.
- Ability to Lead and Motivate: Have the ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team to achieve high-quality care outcomes.
