Position Overview

Position: Azure DevOps Engineer Intern

Company: Join Momentum

Location: Remote

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work closely with software developers and IT staff to oversee the release of software and automate processes.
  • Monitor and manage system infrastructure in Azure, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Participate in the integration of new technologies and upgrades into existing systems.
  • Document processes, best practices, and system configurations.
  • Assist in the troubleshooting of infrastructure-related issues and the deployment of patches.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of Azure services and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Knowledge of source control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
