Job Title: Centre Director - Healthcare Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead and motivate our team of clinicians and non-clinical staff in our healthcare clinic. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operations, people management, and commercial management of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience at management level within a private/independent healthcare organisation.

  • Proven track record of budget management and financial performance.
  • Commercial awareness and experience of working within a regulated sector.
