We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed individual to become a part of our esteemed team as a Care Assistant.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary role as a Care Assistant will be to provide exceptional personal care, actively contributing to the care team to ensure seamless service delivery to residents.
Key Duties Include:
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene to promote independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Identifying and understanding clinical risk factors in residents, such as weight loss, pressure ulcers, fall risks, and signs of infection, and reporting any concerns promptly.
- Interacting courteously with residents and their visitors, honoring the dignity and individuality of each person.
- Adhering to safe working practices across all tasks.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
To excel in this role, you should embody our values of compassion, support, honesty, respect, and accountability in all your actions. While prior experience is not necessary, we are proud to offer a comprehensive induction and training program to build your confidence in the role.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exhibit initiative and show respect towards residents and colleagues.
- Be an efficient worker capable of following instructions from team members.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to manage various responsibilities as needed.

This position will require a DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be covered by Avery Healthcare.
