Compensation and Work Schedule:
Your annual salary will be £29,952.
This position operates on a 4 on 4 off shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Associate, your primary duties will include:
  • Accurately and efficiently picking orders.
  • Adhering to the daily production schedule while paying close attention to product variety and types.
  • Implementing proper rotation and utilization of all raw materials, following a first in, first out methodology.
  • Receiving finished goods and ensuring they are allocated to the correct storage locations.
  • Assisting in the organization and movement of incoming inventory.
  • Responding to reasonable requests from supervisors or chargehands.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who can maintain high standards of manufacturing, cleanliness, hygiene, and health and safety throughout their shifts.

Essential skills include:

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Experience in a warehouse or production setting is preferred but not mandatory.

A forklift truck license and training in Fire Safety, COSHH, Risk Assessment, and Manual Handling Awareness are advantageous but not required.
