Role Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for teaching full-time Level 2 and T Level in Building Services Engineering Level 3, as well as part-time diplomas and Level 3 Standards for Apprenticeship programs.

Key duties include:
- Preparing and marking assessments
- Monitoring student progress and preparing reports
- Setting and grading internal and external examinations
- Developing flexible learning materials
- Engaging in departmental and faculty organizational work, including quality assurance systems
- Participating in marketing initiatives and open days, liaising with local and national employers

Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 3 (or equivalent) qualifications in a relevant Construction discipline
- Recent and relevant industrial experience in related fields
- Experience in teaching, training, and skills development
- Relevant industry standard certifications (e.g., JIB Gold Card/AM2) are desirable
- Willingness to pursue a relevant teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE, or equivalent)
