About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at RTW Renal Treatment Centers - West, Inc. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Conduct routine patient assessments, record vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Assist with hemodialysis machine setup, operation, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
  • Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet, with occasional lifting and bending
  • Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed
