Job Title: Programme Manager - Data and AI

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead our Data and AI initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining an overall approach to data and AI business change, developing a portfolio approach to integrate, assure, and oversee all Data and AI programmes, and programme managing key Data and AI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic approach to data and AI business change
  • Lead the development of a portfolio approach to integrate, assure, and oversee all Data and AI programmes
  • Programme manage key Data and AI projects, including managing technical delivery and working with teams across the business to deliver Data and AI products
  • Develop and track key performance indicators for Data and AI projects
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with senior leaders and programme teams

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of running Data and AI programmes
  • Expertise in agile ways of working, waterfall, plans, delivery, and execution
  • Experience managing technical teams, including MLOps and engineering
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
