About the Role:

School Home Support is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Database Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for providing data entry and quality support to our teams, as well as responding to regular data reporting and analysis needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and editing in CRM's and bespoke data recording systems
  • Data quality checks and report monitoring to improve data consistency standards and facilitate reliable data report outputs
  • Support the Impact and Data Manager to analyse data and find the story behind the data

About You:

We are looking for a highly numerate individual with excellent attention to detail and IT skills, especially using Excel or Google Sheets. You will be highly organized and able to work independently, with a strong customer-focused approach. You will also be able to communicate effectively with internal teams and provide training and support on the use of data recording systems and visualisation dashboards.
