The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Accountant to join our team, responsible for the preparation of statutory accounts and tax computations for all subsidiary companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current IFRS and FRS101 accounting standards, as well as experience in statutory reporting and Corporation Tax.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of statutory accounts and tax computations for all subsidiary companies
  • Review and analysis of financial performance and metrics of the Group, including variance analysis and KPI analysis
  • Assistance with ad hoc projects, including potential acquisitions
  • Development and implementation of financial control policies and procedures
Requirements
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
  • Experience in statutory reporting and Corporation Tax
  • Strong understanding of current IFRS and FRS101 accounting standards
