Job Summary:

Trinity Estates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational running of our residential estates, ensuring high site standards and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operational running of the estate, ensuring high site standards and providing exceptional customer service to residents.
  • Supervise all contractors and service providers, ensuring all works undertaken are of a high quality and in accordance with agreed timelines.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety audits are up to date, all actions are monitored, recorded, and completed.
  • Manage and foster a positive relationship with the Residents' Management Company (RMC), ensuring excellent communication and timely responses.
  • Manage the onsite staff, including task management, appraisals, training and development, performance management, and any employment-related matters.
  • Attend resident enquiries and foster collaborative relationships that are to the betterment of the development.
  • Proactively manage the relationship with residents, ensuring a good service and timely communications.
  • Attend site/client meetings as and when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience working in the residential leasehold management sector with a good understanding of building safety.
  • Must have knowledge of industry-related legislation and best practices.
  • Experience with managing contractors and service providers with a good understanding of M&E, communal heating systems, etc.
  • Experience managing a small onsite team.
  • Customer-orientated, ensuring residents are receiving the best possible level of service.
  • Client-focused, flexible, organized, self-motivated, and able to work to tight deadlines.
