About the Role

Countrywide Mortgage Services is seeking an exceptional Mortgage Services Sales Manager to lead our team of Mortgage Advisors in South Essex. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding the team to excellence, expanding the team, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Mortgage & Protection Consultants across multiple branches
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor team members to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with senior managers to set sales targets and forecasts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Full mortgage qualifications and financial services experience
  • Proven track record of sales success and team leadership
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members
