Job Title: IPAF Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IPAF Trainer to join our team at Path Recruitment. As an IPAF Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering IPAF and PASMA training to both internal and external customers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality training and development programs to ensure that statutory training requirements are met.
• Program Evaluation: Evaluate training and development programs to ensure they are effective and meet the needs of our customers.
• Program Revision: Amend and revise programs as necessary to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
• Training Support: Provide support to line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems.
• Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, attending meetings, and participating in relevant courses.

Requirements:

• Background: A minimum of 3 years of experience in IPAF Operation and knowledge of access, platforms, lifting equipment, or specialist areas such as confined space or fall arrest.
• Qualifications: Relevant qualifications and certifications in training and development.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
