Job Summary:

Norse Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Westways Primary. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out basic cleaning duties, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming classrooms.
  • Empty bins, clean restrooms, and ensure sanitization stations are fully stocked.
  • Build relationships with clients on site and provide excellent customer service.
  • Follow health and safety protocols at all times and report any defects or damages.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning or caretaking experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic site health and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Confident working independently and taking initiative.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
