**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Partnership Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Early Help system, collaborating with a diverse range of partners citywide from health, education, housing, the voluntary, community and faith sector, parents and stakeholders across Sheffield.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Build strong, positive relationships with partners to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with the Partnership Manager to develop and implement effective partnership strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of the Family Hubs and Start for Life programme, ensuring alignment with the council's priorities and objectives.
  • Engage with a range of stakeholders, including parents, carers, and community groups, to promote the work of the council and build trust and confidence.
  • Provide administrative support to the Partnership Manager, including maintaining accurate records and reports.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
