**Job Summary**

STARK Building Materials UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's cash flow and ensuring timely collection of payments from customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Effectively contribute to the 'collection performance' of STARK by minimizing the risk of bad debts and reducing Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Proactively target delinquent accounts for timely collection of cash in line with the company's cash and overdue debt targets.
• Manage and mitigate the risk relating to customer credit limits in line with company procedures.
• Maximize sales opportunities within a defined customer base by effectively managing credit limits.
• Address and resolve all stop maintenance and over trading issues in accordance with Company policy and procedures.
• Maintain and monitor the customer query database to ensure queries are addressed and resolved efficiently and effectively.

**Requirements**

• Previous credit control, sales ledger or finance experience preferred but not essential.
• Theoretical Accounting experience from studies would be advantageous.
