The Role
  • Process customer orders and manage customer enquiries with precision and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow business and increase revenue.
  • Manage a database of lapsed customers and implement strategies to re-engage them.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the external sales team to research and identify potential new customers.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales team.
The Candidate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and practices, with experience in managing customer data and interactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team success.
What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum.
